Very nice hotel!. It is located on the other side of the river, but there is a regular water bus available to the city center. Rooms are comfortable, various food is available for breakfast.

The room was good as expected very functional comfortable layout, access to hot tubs , sauna and gym included with the room ( although no swimming pool available). Location was also nice - easy access to the ferry to city center

It’s a standard four-star hotel in the city, although the jacuzzi cannot bubbel, it’s worth using to warm yourself up. The room facilities are OK, and the breakfast tastes very fresh and tasty. Evening meal is not bad also. The reception staff are very kind and patient.

The staff at the front came across as knowledgeable, pleasant, well-trained and seemed to enjoy their work. What a joy! Originally I ended up booking for 3 days and ended up staying like 10 or so days.

Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Rooms very nice and fancy. Great view from the roof terrace. We had dinner both times at the hotel restaurant and both times food was great, service was outstanding, our waitress Saga took great care of us and really made us feel welcome.

The breakfast was phenomenal with lots of choices to satisfy every diet and preference, including special items like ginger shot drinks, swedish pancakes and meatballs, and more. The rooftop spa area with hot tubs, sauna and loungers is also wonderful - wish I could have spent more time up there. The nearby free boat bus to cross the river was also very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the rain shower was also refreshing.

Very modern, nicely equiped hotel, the rooms are spacious. The hotel has a beautiful roof terrace. At breakfast there was a wide variety of high quality foods. There is direct access to all types of public transport.

+ The hotel is very easy to get to with public transport. + The room we stayed in was a disabled access room (not requested) and was very comfortable. + The wellness centre on the top floor is a nice little extra which we did not know was included before our stay. + The staff were also very helpful and welcoming.

Staff could not have been more welcoming or accomodating. Dinner was excellent as well as the breakfast, and the bar had some very good cocktails. Beds were comfortable, rooms perfect temperature and not stuffy. Hotel was 5 mins from the free ferry into the centre of Gothenburg. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come again.

High-quality hotel, from breakfast to comfort. The staff is really nice, helpful and smiling. Only a brown lady with a vacuum cleaner during breakfast is not so friendly. She vacuums under our legs and doesn't stop even when she sees we are not really happy about it. She comes a bit aggressively to the table to take empty plates, without a word and is somehow not friendly.
